A roadmap will contain a brief summary of the release. This will let the community know what to expect in upcoming releases. All features added to the roadmap will be discussed on IRC and the forum first. As an idea becomes more mature, it will get added to the Task Pool.
This is to be the initial release of xPattern. The focus of this release is to iron out all of the work flows and processes needed to efficiently have releases. There will be a limited number of changes to the code that will be outlined below.
The current admin interface is outdated and has an inconsistent structure. Redesigning the admin interface will allow for an simplified user experience and consistent structure for plugin authors.
As part of the admin facelift, all JS will be updated to use jQuery and ensure that the admin interface will still function with JS disabled.
We need a language server that has translations specific to xPattern.
CSS Styles can be cached to the filesystem for better performance.
