The ''comment_permlink'' tag is a Container Tag which is used to return the permanent link, of the article comment being displayed. The container tags wrap the text assigned to the link.

Tag will accept the following attributes (**case-sensitive**):

Whether to apply the comment's id to the hyperlink tag (id attribute), setting this comment permanent link as the comment page anchor. Available values: __1__ (yes) or __0__ (no). Default is __0__ (no).
