====== Hit list ======

The following changes (in no particular order) will be made in the near term.

  * Folder "publish" will be moved in to a common lib structure.
  * <del>File "css.php" will be merged in to index.php.</del> (done)
  * Tables txp_page, txp_css, txp_form. merge in to xp_blurb (id, name, type, blurb, mime_type)
  * Table txp_log - replace with admin action logging. For site stats, use one of the many apps devoted to that purpose.
  * Rename columns and tables for consistency
  * Folder "include" will be turned in to an admin folder.
  * Admin interface html will be pulled out in to editable blurbs.
